Phil Tufnell Speaks Out About Men's Shortened Life ExpectancyPosted on: 05 December 2008 by Gareth Hargreaves
I'm A Celebrity star Phil Tufnell urges men to make their local pharmacy the first port of call for advice.
New research released by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society reveals just why men could be dying younger than women.
The research of almost 1,000 men found that men’s unwillingness to ask for help, from directions to medical advice, could be contributing to shorting man’s life expectancy by up to five years.
With almost a third of men still smoking and drinking alcohol at a level that could be harmful to their health, the RPSGB has joined forces with Phil Tufnell to encourage men to make their local pharmacy the first port of call for advice.
