The Yoga Show offers visitors an introduction to the ancient Indian practice with over 100 workshops and classes on all kinds of yoga, from the enticingly easy sounding ‘Infinite Chi Yoga’ with Jason Chan to the lively attractions of ‘Yogabeats’ with David Sye and ‘Yogic Arts’ with Duncan Wong.
The Yoga Show is also a host to over 200 exhibitors showcasing yoga, pilates, complementary therapies plus a fantastic range of yoga accessories, clothing, jewellery, super foods, holidays plus lots more.

Opening Times: Friday 11am-6.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6.00pm.
