Green Issues With Michael Wale
Michael Wale was a sports presenter on BBC-TV in London and the south east, before returning to radio and writing. He appears regularly on LBC doing a weekly What The Local Papers Say as well as being their rowing correspondent and commentating on the annual Varsity Boat Race. He was the first rock critic for the Financial Times and has written several books; the first Voxpop: Profiles of the Pop Process is about the rock industry. Last year his book about allotments View from a Shed
was published and he is now working on the story of the organic movement in the UK. He writes regularly for farming and gardening publications as well as Time Out. He lives in London, is married and has a daughter at St Martin's Art school.
