I really enjoy Market Kitchen every day. This has given me a new slant on food. I am a cookery judge in Melbourne, Australia and I like to try new tastes, flavours and experiment a little to make my food more interesting.

I love the market kitchen but where has Tara Ramsey gone? I loved her down-to-earth recipies. I also like Tom Parker-Bowles. I would like to see Nigela or even Rick Stein on the program.
