Chicken Alla Parmigiana

  • 8 bonelss, skinless chicken brest fillets, pounded

  • 1/8 pound thinly sliced prosciutto

  • 1/2 cup freshy grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (28 ounces) Muir Glen Organic Ground Peeled Tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Salt and Pepper

Oriental Noodle Toss

  • 1-8oz package Eden Organic Extra Fine Pasta

  • 1/2 pound snow peas, rinsed

  • 1-15oz can Eden Organic Ginger Black Beans, drained

  • 1 cup thinly sliced scallions

  • 2 tablespoons Eden Organic Shoyu

  • 1 tablespoon Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil

  • 2 teaspoon eden Toasted Sesame Oil
