Have your say...

I hunt at night with a bicycle wheel spoke sharpened to a fine point. I stab them and collect them on the spoke like a kebab and with a flick of the wrist they fly off into the darkness.

I've heard that fine grit around the base of your plants helps to keep them away, as they can't slither across that very well uuuuugggghhhh!

Used coffee grounds and chopped egg shells around the base of the plant works well. They don't like going over it - the extra benifits are they both nourish the soil and my cat doesn't like the smell of the coffee. Plus chopping the egg shells into little bits with your kitchen scissors helps to keep them sharp.

I`ve heard sawdust works well,it sticks to them as they cross it if you want to really get to mean add some table salt on top of the sawdust, lumberyards will give you all a person will need.
