Remembrance Day
Clouds up high,
Rockets grounded,
Rain pours and sun shines,
Yet another day.
The blissful grass,
Sways fro and to,
Just like time,
Around our minds.
Today is nah,
For it is then,
And will be passed,
Just like today.
We met on today,
And today was when,
We first said hi,
And parted slow.
On a cloudy today,
We ceased it all,
We thought it gone,
Away we went.
Trotting life,
Today we met again,
And raced to voices,
That were still of today.
Not wanting leave,
It was today we said,
Three words to give,
And names to hold.
No matter what,
Today's the day,
Where everything and,
All does happen.
There is no other day,
Where I can be or do,
Because tomorrow and yesterday,
Ends up today.
This is today,
The day I'll remember,
Cause this is where I am,
And this is where I'll be.
With you.
