Lewis Hamilton has admitted he's a man under pressure. But as far as he is concerned the pressure is all from himself.

Having won the 2008 season in dramatic style the World Champion isn’t satisfied and wants to win it again in 2009.

And he knows it's going to be a tough season repeating his stunning drive for Vodafone McLaren Mercedes last year.

Hamilton admitted it is going to be a long hard campaign but believes he can be better, faster, sharper and more consistent than last year.

In 2008 five wins, five podium finishes and 98 points saw him claim the championship in a dramatic climax that went down to the wire at Interlagos.

For Lewis, his team mate Heikki Kovalainen and the rest of Vodafone McLaren Mercedes, teamwork will be everything. Split second decisions on pitstops and team tactics can be make or break for a Grand Prix or even a season.
