This Month's Pets Who Need Homes

PuddingPupsThe Pudding Pups
Age: 8 weeks
Gender: Female

The last of the gorgeous Pudding Pups litter is still looking for her dream home. Beautiful Cupcake is a very sweet and loving puppy. She is going to be quite a big girl so she cannot live with younger children, but teenagers would be considered. Cupcake needs experienced owners who will be committed to giving her all the training and exercise she needs as she grows up.

Location: Battersea
Contact: If you feel that you can offer this wonderful little lady the home she so deserves please contact the Rehoming team at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0207 627 9234 or email Ref: 08/04813. If you live outside of London you can also register for Rehoming online at

White & tabby cat
Age: 6

Freddie is looking for a quiet home, where he can enjoy a bit of fuss and attention. He prefers the indoors, so he would make the perfect companion for an owner who appreciates a few home comforts, just as much as he does.

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contact: If you would like to offer Freddie a new home, please contact Cats Protection’s Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted Branch on 01525 851 210

PersefoneLillithPersefone & Lillith

Polo is an active, confident young lady who likes to live her life according to her rules!  This feisty lady will require an adult only, experienced home with people who are knowledgeable about cats.  Polo needs access to her garden so that she can head out to chase flies whenever the fancy takes her!

Location: Battersea

Lurcher / brown and white medium mongrel
Age: 1 year & 7 months
Gender: Female

Bindi is a friendly dog towards everyone she meets, fun and happy to be around. She has had a sad start to life and missed out on being socialised with other dogs. Because of this although she is friendly towards them on lead and enjoys being walked with other dogs she is unsure of how to behave when off lead and can be too boisterious towards them, so she will need to be exercised on lead.

Bindi will make a loving companion in the right home. She would benefit from a large secure garden or secure exercise area where she is able to run and retrieve her ball. Bindi enjoys learning and has a good understanding of her basic commands. She will need 6ft fencing, could be left for four hours, needs to be the only pet, is housetrained and can live with children aged 12 and over.

Location: Southampton
Contact: If you would like more information about this animal please contact the centre directly and Blue Cross' staff will be happy to advise on this or other suitable matches. Reference number 103446. Telephone 023 8069 2894 or visit

Black & white cat
Age: 5
Gender: Male

Jasper is looking for a new home, preferably with a more mature owner. He was once left to fend for himself when his owners moved house, which has left Jasper a little timid initially, but once he gets know you he will show you just what a wonderful character he has.

Location: Tenterden
Contact: If you would like to offer Jasper a new home, please contact Cats Protection’s Tenterden Branch on 01580 761 927.
