Send in your most memorable holiday experience for your chance to win a digital camera.

As another lack lustre British summer comes to an end, we thought we would try and prolong it by joining forces with Specsavers to find out what your most memorable holiday sight is.

Have you stood beside the Great Pyramids of Giza, visited the Taj Mahal, walked part of the Great Wall of China, or even witnessed the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics?

You may have marvelled at the Acropolis of Athens, been amazed by the Sistine Chapel, awed by the Red Square in Moscow, or been moved beyond words by the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin.

Share and comment on other readers' travel moments.

Perhaps you volunteered in a community project in Africa, helped endangered species on a conservation holiday, hiked to Machu Picchu, taken an Antarctic cruise or travelled to the top of the globe to be electrified by the Northern Lights.

You might have scaled Mount Kilimanjaro, stood beside Rio de Janeiro’s Statue of Christ on the Corcovado Mountain, spotted the ‘Big 5’ on safari, swum with dolphins or simply been dazzled by the turquoise seas of the Caribbean.

Whatever your most memorable holiday sight, we would love to hear from you. Use the form below to send a description of your experience letting us know where you were, and why it was memorable for your chance to win a digital camera. And you can comment on and share in other 50connect readers' moments.
