World leading naturopathic physician Harald Gaier launches a 'sexual energy' campaign to encourage us all to improve our health and re-energise our sex lives through natural means.

sex over 50This campaign is designed to highlight the far reaching cures available through natural methods, targeting the most undiscerning of us all when it comes to health - Men. And what better way than to offer them something that no man can refuse...a great sex life!

There are natural alternatives to treat the most unlikely of problems, and the Siberian Cedar is no exception. The pine nut oil of the Siberian Cedar works the kind of magic only previously experienced with certain well known pills, but without their unpleasant side effects. Try GOLDEN OILS Ltd - A delicious range of healthy seasoning oils and a little taste of Siberian Nature. 100% natural, ecologically clean, and suitable for vegetarians.

In Sibiria the tree, which grows to 80 metres and lives for 100 odd years, is referred to as the Queen of the Taiga, because its nuts provide the men there with tremendous health and sexual vitality.

Statistics show us that the use of pharmaceutical drugs to aid sexual performance is huge in the UK and I want to alert people to the dangers of using such drugs regularly. Now there’s an alternative, why would people suffer the headaches and stomach cramps, when they can get the same results without them.

Research shows Pinus sibirica delivers a super-abundance of valuable nutrients to the human body and is known to overcome the impotence associated with diabetes mellitus, in most instances, and it provides noticeable vigour and strength to the ordinary man. The product, available as either a soft-gel or in the actual oil, is now freely available from a mail-order supplier.

Here are 3 important tips to putting that ever important spring back in your step and re-energise your love life.

Water

Being dehydrated can sap your energy, even slight dehydration of 1 or 2 % of your body weight can make you feel tired. If you feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated and this can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness and other symptoms.

It's good to nibble

It's important to maintain a normal blood sugar level, in order to do this you should eat every few hours. This will help you maintain muscle tissue, which burns more calories than fat tissue, whilst putting the much-needed skip in your step and bounce into your bedroom. But don't overdo it. Overeating can be just as bad as starvation.

Exercise

A good way to become energised is to keep yourself active. Exercise gets your heart pumping and increases your metabolism, but more importantly it releases endorphins which gives you that same happy sensation you get when you have sex or eat chocolate. For this reason your brain begins to crave it more, which can only do wonders for your sex drive!
