PC Healthcheck
When is the last time your PC had a health check?
PC World is launching a new PC service package to mark the successful completion of over 750,000 PC Healthchecks on consumer PCs in the five years since the launch of the service.
PC World’s PC Healthcheck puts PCs through a host
of rigorous performance checks and virus removals, which to date have uncovered
and removed tens of millions of viruses, spyware and redundant files – greatly
improving performance and security. Regular PC Healthchecks, available on any
desktop or notebook PC even if they were not purchased at PC World, help
consumers to extend the life of their PCs and make the most of all PC
applications and speed up online browsing and downloads.
The newly launched service package ‘PC Healthcheck Plus 12’, for desktop PCs,
includes 12 months’ unlimited repairs covering parts and labour, in addition to
an initial PC Healthcheck, and costs just £99.99. The package is ideal for those
consumers whose PCs are no longer covered by a warranty, and is available for
all brands of PCs regardless of where purchased, whether from a retail store or
online.
PC Healthchecks are available 7 days weeks by appointment in PC World's Advice
and Services centres in all PC World stores. A single PC Healthcheck is also
available in store priced at £49.99 or as an in home service for £69.99. More
information on PC Healthcheck is available at
