Why do so many people take risks when it comes to booking their holidays?

25 million people - more than 1/3 of the UK population - will make financially unprotected travel arrangements in 2009. This is even more surprising considering the current credit crunch and the number of travel companies that have recently gone bust.

This video, which features Francis Tuke from ABTA and Tim Williamson from Thomson discusses the situation, and also give tips for getting a value holiday in 2009.
