An intriguing twist on a classic night cap including mint and CBD oil which is thought to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
If you are one of the many thousands of people across this land who finds it impossible to switch off at the end of the day and get a good night's rest, then this delicious mint hot chocolate could be just the companion you need.
- 500ml almond nut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 drops mint CBD oil (Healthspan can use the Night-Time or just use the normal CBD Oil High Strength
- 2 tsp honey
- Place ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
- Transfer to a saucepan and warm before serving
