Long, hot showers:

Have speedy showers, with lukewarm water and dab gently with a towel to dry away- rather then vigorous rubbing. Apply a moisturizer straight away so that you can retain the natural oils of your body.
 
Excessive soap:
We’ve usually been told to wash our hands, confront, and feet regularly. But overcooking it is in fact counterproductive for our skin. Scrubbing your skin layer often drains the sebum and will cause dry, flaky skin in the long run.
 
Use gentle soaps with moderate fragrances or even select the foam and liquid variations that are offered. Never scrub your pores and skin too hard and do not use soap too frequently.
 
Extreme hot or cold:
Those long hours in the AC aren’t doing all of your skin any favors! Very long contact with extreme cold or sizzling temperatures has an adverse consequence on your skin. It drains out your skin’s sebum and leaves it dry and scaly. Prefer an area with moderate temperature and steer clear of staying in the same place for long periods of time. Taking a modest break from your own desk benefits the mind, body, and skin!
