So, it is essential that you brush twice a day for two minutes to avoid any issue.

  • Not using the right technique of brushing

Make sure, while brushing the entire surface area of the teeth are cleaned. If you do this in a hurry then it will leave the plaque along the gum lines which can form cavities. Also, remember that you should not brush the too harsh as it will damage the gums.

  • Using the same toothbrush for a long time

Another issue which can lead to an oral health issue is that using the same toothbrush for a long time. Once the bristles lose its strength it means you have past the time to replace the brush. The dentist also advice that you should get the replace the brush after 3 or 4 months. It would be best if you keep one spare in your bathroom cabinet.

One of the biggest which most of us make is that we do not visit the dental clinic for a regular checkup or at least twice a year. If you visit the doctor at the right time it will help you know if there is any problem and it can be dealt with easily. This way the doctor will recommend you the best treatment option to prevent the issue from increasing further.   • Using the wrong toothbrush

Make sure everything you are using for the oral health-care routine should be right. You might not know toothbrush also come in different thickness and bristles. The brush with the small head is the best because they can reach everywhere easily. Also, the bristles should be soft and rounded head to prevent any gum problem.

  • Not flossing regularly

Another tip which is very essential for oral health is that do not forget flossing. Regular flossing will remove the build-up of food and remove plaque from the teeth. Otherwise, plaque build-up will lead to gum disease. So, remember to floss regularly to prevent gum disease and remove plaque.

These tips have not changed in the last 10 years))) Very simple and effective. But children and adults still often ignore this ..
