Ways to Wear an Athletic Supporter at the Health club

Whether you attacked the health club to lift weights, practice blended martial arts or play basketball, wearing an athletic advocate-- likewise called a jockstrap-- can provide you one more layer of defense.

1. Select an athletic supporter that fits comfortably around your waist. The waist band should be bigger than that of your routine comfortable men's underwear.
2. If it were a pair of briefs, Put the jockstrap on as. Hold the jock to the front of your body so that the waistband stretches horizontally in front of you. Hold the pouch side to the front of you.
3. Step into the jockstrap one leg at a time. Encase your genitals in the pouch.
4. Adjust the leg straps to make sure comfort. The two elastic straps should lie flat against or underneath your butts; get rid of any twists or binding by correcting or untangling them.
5. Put your gym shorts, spandex or exercise trousers on over the jock strap.
